DotNetSiemensPLCToolBoxLibrary solution can not build solution

Hello

I have downloaded a version of the DotNetSiemensPLCToolBoxLibrary from https://github.com/jogibear9988/DotNetSiemensPLCToolBoxLibrary, but I can not build the solution anymore.

There are missing some reference files 'Siemens.Engineering' and 'Siemens.Engineering.HW'.
What are these files and where can I get them?
