B&R X20 Compact downoad

G'day,
I have a X20CP0291 CPU into which I needto download an application. Unlike most B&R controllers it has no slot for a compact flash card so I need to download directly via the ethernet port. Attempts to do so have so far been unsuccessful and local tehnical support has been unable to assist me.

Does anyone know the procedure to achieve sucessful download to this CPU?

I don´t know how to use this CPU, but B&R knows.

In the german version the CPU is described at page 166 and following.
