IndraMotion MTX von Version 5 nach 11

Hallo,

Habe gerade die 11 Version von IndraMotion MTX in ein Prüfstand installiert, vorher war die Version 5. Mein Problem ist,
dass ich keine Komunikation zu der Drive habe, warscheinlich ligt an der Firmware aber bin nicht sicher. Die Firmware Version in der
Antriebe ist: FWA-INDRV*-MPH-07V16-D5-1-SNC-NN. Wenn ich versuche online zu schalten bekomme die Meldung im Bild1. Bild7.JPG

An der Maschine ist ein anderes Firmware aber bin nicht sicher ob es funktioniert wird (siehe Bild 2) weiss jemand eigentlich ob es sich lohnt das Datei an den Drive runterzuladen. Bild9.JPG

Hallo Lothar,

Habe in den Antrieb (Drive) geschaut und es gibt doch ein Firmware: : FWA-INDRV*-MPH-07V16-D5-1-SNC-NN, ich weiss nicht warum das Software erkennt das nicht. Ich habe im Software folgende Firmware zur Verfugüng: FWC-CMP40_60-MTX-18.2.13.FW
Ich habe versucht über die Firmwareverwaltung (siehe Bild) der Firmware zu ändern aber das Gerät wird nicht erkannt, die IP Adresse ist folgendes 192.168.142.250. Bild13.JPG

Jetzt ist Version 10 von IndraMotion installiert aber das Problem ist gleich wie bei Version 11.

Hallo,

Ich schreibe dieses mal auf Englisch. Well I followed the steps on the intall document you mentioned, we
got in touch with the people from Bosch and they also gave support. Now the drivers go online, what I did was:

-Reinstall the software
-Delete the folder /mtx/drivers with all its contents
-update the control firmware on Control panel-system-device manager-PCC_P CMP60 also of the PCI adapter
-Updated the firmware of the control from version 13.1.25.0 to 18.2.13.0, this was asked by the software when I tried to enter IndraWorks operation.
-change the IP addresses of the control from 192.168.1.1 to 192.168.142.250
In this last step the people from Bosch said the control shoulnt be on the first place, did that but always got a Sercos problem.
The problem can be seen on the image attached, Im trying my best looking for info on the manuals but as said before im not that
experienced on the programming subject. If anybody has an idea of what could be the problem or possible solution I would appretiate the
support.

Thanks for the answer I was actually looking for all the info you posted last time, I do understand that because of my lack of experience
Im asking too much questions. I will speak with my advisor to see if he can arrange to get the vendor to come and repair the machine.

well at the end we went back to the software version 5 of IndraWorks and the machine worked, on version 11 we coulndt get
a connection to the control, and then with version 10 of the software we got a conection to the control but some buttons where not
configured, we coulndt found the solution so in the end we installed an image of the system as it was at the beggining.

My question this time is for Programming for exaple a funtion like "Retrace" on software version 10, but with version 5 would it be possible and if possible how could it be done?, Ive seen the Konfigurator and the "Retrace" is there on the NCO but the qCh_Retrace is not available on IndraLogic. Im just checking the options I have.

Some guys from Bosch told me, use 10 oder 12 ... not 11 ...
We try to upgrade the new Machines what we build in our Company to 12 now. But have s0ome small Bug inside :cool:
 
Hello,
Does anyone knows how to assing a SPS signal for the X31 connections on the IndraLogic, I continued to work
with version 5 of the software and Im looking a way to integrate this signal to a SPS program. Ive tryed with %IX31.3 on the variable declaration also search for a parameter that could help but the ones found where of no use.
