Hallo

Ich habe ne Rockwell Lizenz gekauft, und möchte die mit Dongle betreiben.
Die Lizenz auf den Dongle zu laden, habe ich geschafft.
Wie schaffe ich es aber, dass sich der Automation Manager mit dem Dongle verbindet, und die Lizenz anzieht?

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Rockwell Automation\Activations

Im Moment ist Activation Search Path nur dieser Eintrag drin.
Ich würde vermuten, dass hier jetzt noch F:\Activations für den Stick stehen müsste.

Das kann ich weder eingeben noch anklicken.

Kann mir da jemand helfen?

  1. Make a backup copy of the License File (extension .lic).
  2. All computers must have FactoryTalk Activation Server or Manager installed. Check if software is installed by going to the following location:

    Start->Programs->Rockwell Software ->FactoryTalk Activation-> FactoryTalk Activation Tool/Manager

    If the path is not available, install FactoryTalk Activation Server/Manager.
  3. The license file must be saved on all PCs at the following location:

    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Shared documents\Rockwell Automation\Activations

    The default directory for a French OS is:

    C:\Documents et Settings\All Users\Shared documents\Rockwell Automation\Activations

Es funktioniert jetzt zeitweise

Vorher habe ich den Dongle gezogen, RS-Logix gestartet --> Kam Fehlermeldung. Das ist ja OK.
Dann habe ich den Dongle wieder gesteckt --> Wurde nichts erkannt.

Rechner neu gestartet, jetzt geht es wieder.

Kann es sein, dass die Dongle Geschichte nicht ganz so toll funktioniert?
 
Ich habe keine Probleme damit.
Um sicher zu sein, dass die Lizenz gefunden wurde, öffne vor RSLogix den Activation Manager.
