KL2541 and twincat 2 problem

Hello to everybody.
Sorry I do not speak German, but I'm student from the Czech Republic. I'll try to translate with Google translator in to Germany. I have problem with KL2541 when I do not using incremental encoder. I wanna use of motors in open loop. I set 32.15 to counter mode and 32.11 to counter feedback by KS2000. I can change encoder scaling factor but nothing will change. Can you help me please ? Thank you.

Leider habe ich nicht Deutsch sprechen, aber ich bin Student aus der Tschechischen Republik. Ich werde versuchen, mit Google Übersetzer nach Deutschland zu übersetzen. how do you control the KL2514? By Twincat NC PtP axis?
What do you mean with "but nothing change"?
It´s the same as before or the encoder value do not change / equal to zero?
Please some more detail information.

Das Problem war gelöst. Es sollte sich Encoder Hilfe KS2000 abgeschaltet werden. Der TwinCAT nicht erhoben Simulations Encoder.
