TC3 gibt Fehler beim Übersetzen zurück

Hallo liebe Forengemeinde,

wenn ich ein Programm im TC3 übersetzen möchte bekomme ich folgende Meldung:

Das sind selbst für meine Glaskugel zu wenig Infos.
Welche TC3 Version, welches OS, 32Bit oder 64Bit, Update KB4056894 installiert, reale Maschine und oder virtuelle Maschine?

Ansonsten mal eine Reparaturinstallation versuchen, er meldet ein Problem beim Laden einer DLL.

TC3 ist 3.1.4020.28. Ich benutze Windows 7 mit VisualStudio15 Community Edition Update nicht installiert und es ist eine reale Maschine.
