Can you try the CPU on a spare rack? to prove out a power supply issue? without being able to get online and retrieve the fault codes, there isn't much else in the way of diagnosis.

It sounds like you have a faulty CPU then, have you tried replacing it with a new CPU?

how are you connecting to the CPU? Serial port? we need to see the diagnostics page which will report the relevant error codes, if you have proven the connection with another cpu is possible, you will need to exchange the CPU and download the param and prog.

Hello, Does anyone know the official part number for the correct AC Adapter 17.5v for 1st Gen SIMATIC PG M? I have a PG M2 AC Adapter here- 18.5v so is not suitable. PG M3 onwards is also a higher voltage. Thanks Daniel

The PG is fully working from a hardware perspective but the OS is corrupted. I want to restore it with factory Siemens discs.

Hello, Official reply from Siemens- no BIOS updates and no OS Backups available. Someone must have a copy of these, surely?
