It's clear that it normally and originaly comes with module.
But, normally it should have separate order number and possibility to be ordered separately (e.g. as a spare part).

That great advice and I'm glad to hear you have Hotline. That word 'Hotline' itself contents a word 'Hot' that is very close to the meaning of word 'emergency'. Isn't it?
Fortunately, I have no emergency case. It's just usuall engineering work on selection of the proper components for a project.
However, you should understand that there are some rules, doesn't matter where NAm, EU, Near East and so on, that sound that communication via E-mails are prefferable and for emergency cases only is used such stuff like Hotline calls. I think you have something like this limitation as well.
Normally, as it had done by other companies that produce products for automation, you must have Hotline E-mail address, where an engineer on duty would answer questions within a working day or so.
So please do me a favour, tell me Hotline Phoenix Contact's e-mail.:)

regards

Who does in these days an engineering with interbus-s components??? It seems strange to me.

In general, despite of quickly dying Profibus, and qiuckly spreading Profinet, Interbus is still alive. Because, in the past Interbus was better than Profibus and developers knew it. So they 'developed' Profinet that currently has all advantages of Interbus and deprived of all drawbacks of Profibus.
So many companies, who's capable to handle money well, used Interbus instead of not liked Profibus. Currently they continue to work with Interbus and Profinet at the same time.
