A2SHCPU Verbindungsprobleme

Hallo zusammen,
Ich habe an einer Maschine eine Mitsubishi A2SHCPU. Diese hat auf einmal den Geist aufgegeben und verbindet sich nicht mehr. In der HMI wird nur angezeigt, dass keine Verbindung aufgebaut werden kann. An der CPU leuchtet die ERROR-LED, die RUN-LED blinkt. Verbindung mit dem GX-Developer kann ich auch nicht aufbauen, auch hier gibt es Probleme mit der Kommunikation.
Am Setup vom GX-Developer kann es eigentlich nicht liegen, da ich die gleiche Konfiguration an einer anderen Maschine getestet habe, an der ebenfalls eine A2SHCPU verbaut ist. Hier hat die Verbindung ohne Probleme funktioniert.
Bei der Verbindung mit der kaputten Maschine kam im GX-Developer ebenfalls die Nachricht, dass die Daten auf der PLC nicht korrekt sind, bzw defekt.
Ich habe versucht, die CPU mit einem alten Modell zu tauschen, welches wir noch auf Lager hatten, leider ist das Fehlerbild hier das Gleiche.

Kann mir hier jemand bei der Behebung helfen, ich kenne mich leider nicht mit Mitsubishi aus.
- Sind die Daten nur verloren gegangen und lassen sich durch ein altes Backup neu einspielen?
- Oder ist die CPU kaputt und muss ersetzt werden?

how are you connecting to the CPU? Serial port? we need to see the diagnostics page which will report the relevant error codes, if you have proven the connection with another cpu is possible, you will need to exchange the CPU and download the param and prog.

I use a red cable to connect to the serial port of the cpu. I tested the cable on different machines and was able to connect without any problem.
I even found a mashine with the same CPU and connected it through the serial port where it instantly connected. Yet, when I use the exact same setup on my broken mashine it does not connect.

It sounds like you have a faulty CPU then, have you tried replacing it with a new CPU?

I replaced it with an old one I found in our storage but the error was still the same. Unfortunately, we dont know where this other CPU was from, it may be broken as well.
Could something like a short circuit on the Input module destroy the CPU? Prior to this I had exchanged a sensor, but it was not working quite well. When i went back on the mashine the next day the whole CPU was broken.
I dont want to order a new cpu and destroy it right away because of a wiring problem.

Can you try the CPU on a spare rack? to prove out a power supply issue? without being able to get online and retrieve the fault codes, there isn't much else in the way of diagnosis.
