Hello ,

I have problem with calibrating motor for this Movitrack , for movidrive i know that always it asked me for connecting 24 V to fixed enable/INPUT , but here it doesn´t ask me for anything so don´t know if this one has some special conditions to do motor calibration(only from manual mode it works).

Hello sawo,

which type of motor do you want to put into operation?

Please check that you are connected to the inverter when you start measuring
(Online-Mode). Have you scanned the inverter or prepared it offline?

Also check in which circuit your motor is connected and adjust the voltage accordingly (230V/400V).

regards,

Hello Sawo,

we need to know which engine you want to put into operation Preferably a picture of the type plate.
Then we can check if there are any problems with this combination.

In addition, before exporting a project, you must "configure your devices" so, that the parameters can be viewed offline.
But I don't think it's because of the parameter settings.

Regards

Hello,

Sorry i was long time off the office , but i want to solve this because it is still not working
Here i send you nameplate of motor.
Could you please help me?

As i have read manual i don´t need here any enable +24voltage for movitrac , i thought that motor was not compatible but motor is in kw range for kw of drive so i don´t know really.

Hello sawo333,

MOVITRAC-07B tries to measure the stator resistance. The result will be compared with a similar sew motor. Differs the result more then 4-times from the expected value, the measurement status will be set to failed.

Can you check the wiring again? If you measure the motors resistance by using a multimeter what values do you get? Please measure the resistance inclusive the wiring.
If you are using the estimated parameters after the measurement failed what kind of fault/error or wrong behavior you get?

Best regards

Hello,

Motor couldn´t be wrong , wiring is okay , i tried few motors with movitrack , these motors run without any problem on other drives such as : movidrive which do measurment too , abb ,siemens .
There is question if movitrack couldn´t be wrong , but wrong drive would behave in different way i think .

I suppose that movidrive measure resistance by same method as movitrack.

After measurment finished i just get error measurment has failed .

Hello sawo333,

Have you measured the stator resistance? Can you tell me the values for all three phases?
Does the MC07B has the Option /S?
Can you complete the start up despite the measurement error? Is the motor running?
Your attachement includes a picture with error 43 shown ob the MC07B. Is this topic related?

Best regards.

Hello,

I have one more question i won´t create new post for this,

We have movidrive MDX61B on site there is non functional encoder option card DEU21B , if card was healthy i would get encoder submenu after i choose startup tab in movitools right ?

After i powered up mdx61b i didn´t get this encoder submenu in startup . And in unit status it wrote short circuit.

Could be possible that cause of this could be that encoder card is not inserted properly or it mean that card is actually short circuited and i have to remove it or replace it ?
Now due to this encoder card not working properly , i cannot complete startup and run motor , i guess that if it were working there would be option where i can choose that i won´t use encoder for startup.
