[Schneider] Connecting to a new TSX57 premium PLC

Hi, I need to connect to a Schneider PLC : TSX Premium TSX P572623
I installed PL7 Pro v4.4 on a Windows XP virtual machine.
But the problem I can't ping the TSX.

VMWare 
- Virtual Machine: WinXP 32bit, with PL7 Pro v4.4
- Host Win10 64bit

Network adapter settings on my VM is 
    - Bridged network, with replicate network parameters

Firewall on my WinXP VM is disabled
My Tsx has default IP 85.16.44.186 (MAC 00.80.F4.02.2C.BA)

Network interface settings on the Ethernet Cards: 
- Win10 (Host)
    IP 85.16.44.2
    Mask 255.255.255.0
- WinXP (Guest)
    IP 85.16.44.1
    Mask 255.255.255.0

From the Win10 the ping of the TSX plc works.
But from the WinXP vm, I can't ping the TSX
Any advice ?
