Verstehen Sie bitte, ich sprechen nicht sehr gutes Deutsches, ich bin von Texas.

Wir haben einen Prozessor 315-2dp, der in ' Panikmodus ' sporadisch einsteigt, mit der Anzeige ' keine Bedeutung für Benutzer (Z1): 98c6 '.

Was bedeutet der Code 98c6? Unser Siemenskontakt wußte nicht.

is there entries in the diagnostic buffer? Entries in the diagnostic buffer which with 8, 9, A or B begin, are user-defined diagnostic events. These are registered by means of the SFC 52 into the diagnostic buffer. Search in your program for calls of the SFC 52.

Here is the diagnostic buffer. The entry I mentioned is #8.
Ist hier der Diagnosepuffer. Die Eintragung, die ich erwähnte, ist # 8.

Die Hilfenakte sagt, daß ich die Fabrik mit diesem Code benennen soll, aber unser Siemensrepräsentant nicht weiß, was es bedeutet.

Ich entschuldige mich für Googles schlechte Übersetzung...

SFC52 is not used in the project.

if you can exclude errors such as voltage peaks over the supply or over the shield of the bus cable, probably your CPU is defective. I would exchange the CPU and send it for examination to Siemens. Surely you have still warranty on the equipment.

Wir ersetzten die CPU..., sie gab uns das Problem noch. Ich downloadete mehr Störung OBs, überprüfte Anschlüsse und entfernte etwas neue Codeänderungen, die halfen. Leider bin ich nicht sicher, der jener Sachen der war, der ihn regelte!

Ich fand, daß ankommende Energie eintauchte gelegentlich..., wir werden ein ununterbrechbares Spg.Versorgungsteil anbringen, wenn sie ankommt.

QUESTION:
When loading the system data (hardware configuration), the CPU 414-3DP / 416-3DP / 417-4 goes into the DEFECTIVE status (nearly all the LEDs flashing at the same time). In the diagnostics buffer is the message: DEFECT: internal system error (Event ID: 16#4550), not user-relevant (Z1): AD03. What is the cause of this? 

ANSWER:  
A DP module has been configured for the variable interface, which however is not in the target CPU when the system data is loaded. 

Remedy: 

Incorporate module or remove from the hardware configuration. 
If a module is incorporated, then it is not recognized by the CPU. Please check whether the cover of the module is fastened properly, because the cover activates an internal switch. 
The module might be defective, in which case it has to be replaced.

I think you should check your hardware-configuration.

Das Problem ist örtlich festgelegt. Es war eine schlechte Netzkonfiguration. Ein anderer PLC verwendete die GESETZTE Funktion, um Daten zu senden, und der bemängelnde PLC wurde nicht zusammengebaut, um mit ihm zu sprechen. Obgleich er schien zu arbeiten, würde er gelegentlich die CPU töten.
