TIA HMI simulation error in Tia portal V15.1 Update 8

I am trying to work on an old plc project, and naturally i am trying to understand the project. but whenever I try to start simulation i get the following attached error on the screen, But i am able to do the simulation for CPU, but not for HMI, can someone please guide me.

this message means that the iseraccount which run the application have no administration privilegies.
Have you adminstrator rights on the PC?
Run the simulation if you start TIA Portal with the option "Run as Administrator"?
