Hi,

is CPU X20CP1584 is the new replacement for X20CP1485-1?

Suppose i had installed the new CPU X20CP1584 instead of old X20CP1485-1 , and transferred the old flash memory from X20CP1485-1 to X20CP1584, does the system will run without new software or hardware requirement?

no. X20CP1584 requires AR 4.x whereas X20CP1485-1 runs until AR 3.x. You will need to convert the old project.
