47714 - FactoryTalk View v5.0 (CPR9): Changed name of computer after FactoryTalk View is installed?
1) Did you create a FactoryTalk user on your own or did you just use the defaults?
If answer is "No"
a) Change the computer name back to the original name.
b) Create a FactoryTalk admin account.
c) Change the computer name back to the new name you want to use.
d) Re-run the FactoryTalk configuration wizard (using the newly created FactoryTalk Admin account to log in).
If answer is "Yes"
Skip to step d) above.
