Twincat3 runtime Error: Failed to open port on AMS router

Hai, I have installed the TwinCAT 3 XAE version and created a new project and have dedicated one isolated core for the software. I have activated the configuration, then restarted the TwinCAT system in Run Mode, then Login, where it prompted for Application 'Port_851' to create and proceed with download -yes, then I run my python code with the AMSNETID that is available in the TwinCAT under SYSTEM-Routes-NetId Management. After running the code I am facing the error: RuntimeError: Failed to open port on AMS router.

I am using my windows laptop and I dont have any hardware.

As the XAE works, my assumption is that the problem is within your python area.

Probably the adress as the combination of Port (851) and AmsNetID isn't correct.
As lokal AmsNetID you can use 127.0.0.1.1.1
Port is as I mentioned 851.
